Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance team member to help keep dining areas and exteriors clean and safe. You will assist with cleaning, equipment maintenance, and trash removal while learning the operations of a fast‑food restaurant.

The role includes daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, and light maintenance tasks. Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour, with full-time benefits for eligible employees and opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
