Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person to support the maintenance team in keeping the restaurant clean and the equipment in good working order. The role includes routine cleaning, trash removal, and basic upkeep of grounds and facilities.

You will work in a franchise environment with training and tools provided. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plan, and tuition assistance, with wages up to $18 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Ability to operate and maintain basic cleaning tools and supplies.
• Comfort with manual tasks and some lifting.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Maintain general cleanliness of the store
