Job summary

McDonald's is hiring a Maintenance Person to assist with interior and exterior cleanliness and equipment upkeep in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role includes daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, and stocking restrooms, with teamwork across crew and management to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities also cover cleaning HVAC units and handling trash, plus engaging customers to ensure a positive experience. Training will be provided to grow within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Maintenance Person at McDonald's.
• Outstanding attitude with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
