Job summary

McDonald's is hiring a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and equipment maintenance. The role covers a variety of tasks including fry­er oil filtering, grounds care, and equipment cleaning across a fast-paced environment.

Shift availability typically includes early hours (4:30am–1:00pm). Applicants must be 18 or older and willing to learn. Training is provided; part-time or full-time options may be available at independently owned franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload and store deliveries 2+ times weekly.
• Take out and empty trash/compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
