Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
