Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Pays attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Comfortable performing hands-on cleaning and maintenance work.
• Can safely use cleaning supplies, tools, and restaurant equipment.
• Works well with Managers and other restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Person helps maintain the cleanliness and condition of the restaurant, its equipment, and surrounding property.
• Responsibilities may include: Filtering fryer oil as required.
• Maintaining exterior grounds and parking areas.
• Cleaning restaurant equipment.
• Cleaning interior and exterior windows.
• Cleaning stock rooms and restrooms.
• Supporting general restaurant cleanliness.
• Unloading delivery trucks.
• Removing trash and operating the trash compactor.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Cleaning HVAC and exhaust areas.
• Removing debris from designated roof areas.
• Identifying maintenance or equipment concerns and communicating them to management.
• Assisting with other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
