Job summary

McDonald's operates this restaurant under a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The Maintenance Person assists in keeping the interior and exterior areas clean and the equipment well-maintained, supporting daily operations and guest experience.

The role encompasses cleaning, grounds care, equipment upkeep, and basic facility tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or facilities is preferred.
• Ability to clean and maintain interior/exterior areas and equipment.
• Willingness to perform various tasks and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week and manage trash/compactor.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
