The Maintenance Person at McDonald’s supports restaurant cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and safety across interior and exterior spaces. This role collaborates with management to keep facilities well-maintained and compliant with brand standards.

Responsibilities include daily fryer maintenance, grounds care, cleaning, trash handling, and basic systems upkeep, with opportunities for training and career progression within the franchise network.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
