Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Responsibilities include daily oil fryer filtering, outside grounds maintenance, cleaning of equipment, stock rooms, and restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week and manage trash removal.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
