Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee operates this maintenance role to keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained. The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment function across interior and exterior areas.

Responsibilities include fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, window cleaning, trash removal, and basic HVAC/exhaust maintenance. This position supports the team daily with reliable, hands-on service.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to perform basic cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Willingness to unload deliveries and handle routine shop tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2-3 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
