Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Wisconsin markets ( Milwaukee, Madison, Janesville, Racine, Kenosha ). The role covers preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance to keep厨房 equipment and facilities in top condition. You’ll work with a team to ensure continuous restaurant operation.

The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance, proactive problem solving, and strong attention to detail, with flexible scheduling including on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant maintenance, facilities management, or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of restaurant equipment including ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Create and maintain a schedule for routine inspections and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Perform lubrication, cleaning, and calibration to extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment quickly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors or service professionals for specialized repairs as needed.
