Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant maintenance, facilities management, or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant equipment, including ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and plumbing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance checks on kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning kitchen equipment, appliances, lighting, plumbing, and other systems.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, and general repairs to keep the facility in top condition.
