Job summary

Wendy's International is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and property. You will work from My TechConnect, respond to work orders, and support capital planning by reporting equipment status.

Responsibilities include managing daily workload, maintaining inventories, and completing safety training. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, EPA Type I & II certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years' general maintenance/repair experience.
• EPA Certification Type I and II required.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Perform demand repairs on restaurant equipment and property via work orders.
• Proactively create and complete work orders for critical issues found during visits.
• Perform preventative maintenance per PM work orders.
• Create work orders for needed repairs identified during PM.
• Plan daily workload and maintain accurate inventories of parts and tools.
• Stay current on safety practices and complete required safety training.
