Wendy is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our Wisconsin market restaurants in Milwaukee, Madison, Janesville, Racine and Kenosha. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance, facilities management, or a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
• Attention to detail during inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
