Qualifications

• Maintenance worker ensures interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintains and checks restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Supports management to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
