Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and equipment care. You will work with the Maintenance Team to ensure interior and exterior areas meet high standards and that equipment operates reliably.

The role emphasizes daily cleaning, light maintenance, and adherence to safety procedures. This position is full-time and located at a McDonald’s restaurant owned by a franchisee, with potential benefits through the franchisee’s program.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial/maintenance within a fast-food or retail setting preferred.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck twice weekly
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
