Job summary

McDonald’s restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to help maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and keep restaurant equipment in good working order. You will be part of the Maintenance Team supporting daily operations in a franchised location.

Your duties include filtering fryers, grounds maintenance, cleaning equipment, restrooms, stock rooms, and unloading deliveries. You will also handle trash, lighting, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning to ensure a safe, inviting dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or facilities care is preferred.
• Ability to clean and maintain interior and exterior areas to high standards.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and operate cleaning and maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
