Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to preserve hygiene and safety.
• Knowledge of basic building systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Filter oil fryers daily and unload deliveries as needed.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roofs.
• Other maintenance tasks as directed by management.
