Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to join a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You’ll help maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and keep restaurant equipment in good working order.

You will perform tasks such as filtering fryers, cleaning, yard upkeep, restocking, unloading deliveries, and HVAC maintenance, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The role supports the Maintenance Team with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
