Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and beverage machines.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE; maintain compliance with health regulations.
• Ensure walkways, entrances, and work areas are free of hazards.
• Assist restaurant management with special projects, deliveries, and other operational needs.
• Support team members by ensuring equipment is clean, functional, and ready for peak business periods.
