Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college-level coursework with an emphasis on business or related area.
• At least three years of experience at a supervisor/manager level in guest contact areas of the hospitality industry is required.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of daily operation of restaurant and lounge outlets.
• Identify and implement a successful marketing plan for assigned outlets.
• Manage HR: hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel; conduct performance reviews.

Education
