Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college with an emphasis on business.
• At least three years of experience at a supervisor/manager level in guest contact areas of hospitality.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations.
• Assist in marketing plan for outlets.
• Manage HR: hire, train, coach, conduct reviews, and communicate openly.
• Prepare weekly schedules for dining room, room service, and lounge staff.
• Participate in department head and revenue-related meetings.
• Support executive chef and beverage director in meetings as directed.
