Lombardi Family Concepts in Plano, TX is seeking a passionate restaurant manager to lead upscale lounge and dining experiences rooted in exquisite culinary traditions. You will ensure service excellence, mentor staff, and drive guest retention in a dynamic setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience in upscale venues, with TABC certification and a Texas Manager Food Handler's certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in upscale lounge/restaurants/hotels.
• TABC Certified.
• Manager Food Handler's Certification (TEXAS).
• Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company standards and procedures.
• Work late nights for lounge guests.
• Prepare and complete action plans to improve productivity, quality and service standards.
• Resolve staff or guest conflicts with service recovery and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Develop staff through training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Create an engaging and energetic environment.
• Act as Brand Ambassador to cultivate and build guest retention.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Effectively enforce company standard and procedures
• Must be able to work late nights for lounge guests
• Achieve objectives by preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and standards of service.
• Resolve staff and/or guest conflict with service recovery and adapt procedures when necessary
• Ensure and maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Develop staff by hosting training classes, coaching, and regular performance evaluations
• Creating an engaging & energetic environment
• Brand Ambassador for restaurant who can cultivate and build on guest retention

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience at upscale lounge/restaurants/hotels
