Lombardi Family Concepts, Inc. is seeking a passionate restaurant manager to lead our upscale lounge and dining experiences in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on exquisite culinary traditions and memorable events.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of management in upscale lounges or hotel dining, be TABC certified, hold a Texas Manager Food Handler’s credential, and demonstrate strong communication, training, and guest relation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience at upscale lounge/restaurants/hotels.
• TABC Certified
• Manager Food Handler's Certification (TEXAS)
• Self-Starter, flexible, and able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast paced environment
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skill

Responsibilities

• Effectively enforce company standard and procedures
• Must be able to work late nights for lounge guests
• Achieve objectives by preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and standards of service.
• Resolve staff and/or guest conflict with service recovery and adapt procedures when necessary
• Ensure and maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Develop staff by hosting training classes, coaching, and regular performance evaluations
• Creating an engaging & energetic environment
• Brand Ambassador for restaurant who can cultivate and build on guest retention
