Job summary

7-Eleven in Texas is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, staff supervision, and delivering excellent guest service. You will help ensure health and safety standards, food quality, and accurate use of P&L/store reports to drive improvements.

A HS diploma or GED and some restaurant management experience are preferred; ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Read and interpret P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• HS diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
