Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering customer service leadership.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain health and safety standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for store reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of foodservice items.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes.
• Read operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
