7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team in Texas. You will support the Restaurant Leader with daily operations, staff coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Oversee restaurant conditions and ensure policy and Health Department compliance.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to read and use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance documents.
• Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel).
• HS diploma or GED; 1 year of restaurant management preferred.
• Ability to multi-task; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
