Chick-fil-A West Schaumburg is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support restaurant leadership, coach Team Members, and drive service quality, guest satisfaction, and revenue goals. The role includes ownership of daily operations, either front-of-house or back-of-house, under the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be a capable leader with a focus on people development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guests and Team Members
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A West Schaumburg policies and procedures
• Analyze profit and loss reports and take corrective actions as needed
• Document Team Member performance and policy violations with appropriate actions
• Coordinate with management to develop standards and policies to improve operations
• Communicate frequently with the Operator and management team
• Maintain guest and Team Member experience, food safety, quality, and cleanliness
• Foster effective communication and positive relations among Team Members
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant performance to meet goals
• Conduct shift table touch-ins to build relationships and ensure service quality
• Ensure equipment operability and restaurant efficiency
• Participate in Team Member training and development programs
• Walk the restaurant to ensure service and cleanliness standards are met
• Work operational shifts in the restaurant
