Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends.

• Monitor financials and take actions to improve results.
• Maintain facilities and equipment with preventative maintenance and checks.
