The role demands at least one year of management experience, a strong guest-service mindset, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management (preferred).
• Ability to lead a high-performing team alongside the GM.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Follow operational, inventory, and food safety procedures to maintain standards.

Responsibilities
