Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience preferred.

• Ability to train and develop crew members.
• Willingness to learn the General Manager position and assume operations duties.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run the day-to-day operational business of your restaurant, including scheduling and P&L management.
