Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a restaurant management team, oversee operations, and drive excellent customer service. This role emphasizes training, coaching, and internal advancement within a fast-paced convenience store environment.

The candidate should have supervisory experience, a basic grasp of P&L, and the ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs while maintaining health and safety standards. Strong communication and MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and drive productivity.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies & procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
• Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
