• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and supervise the restaurant management team.
• Lead customer service leadership, training, and coaching for staff.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs and ensure store compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements in performance.
