Job summary

Dunkin' New Milford is seeking a Restaurant Manager to provide strong, positive leadership, deliver friendly guest experiences, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.

You will recruit and develop the team, schedule labor, manage inventory, ensure safety and sanitation, and monitor costs to maximize profitability while upholding brand standards. Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred; fluency in English required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team, conduct meetings and training.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team.
• Execute new product roll-outs including training, marketing and sampling.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and compliant operations.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Complete inventory periodically as determined by Franchisee.
• Develop weekly labor schedules to meet demand and service standards.
