Crema Gourmet is seeking a Store Manager to lead the restaurant, grow the team, and own the guest experience end to end. You will run the full operation—front and back—while coaching staff, managing schedules, upholding standards, and hitting your numbers.

You’ll lead by example, own P&L and KPIs, and ensure an exceptional guest experience, with open weekend availability to support all shifts and peak times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant leadership experience.
• Calm, organized and people-first approach.
• Comfortable owning P&L and KPIs.
• Open availability including weekends.
