Job summary

Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Leader to oversee Sapori Italian Kitchen, driving exceptional guest service, food quality, and financial performance.

You will manage scheduling, labor costs, safety standards, and staff development while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role demands strategic oversight of menu execution and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hotel and/or Restaurant Management or equivalent training.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management preferred.
• Five to ten years of restaurant industry experience, including at least two years in food preparation and service and three years in a supervisory role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and fluent in English.
• Demonstrates literacy and fluency in English, including strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and guest service.
• Lead staff development, scheduling, and labor cost control.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
