Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service and financial oversight abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs and payroll with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards are met.
• Lead, motivate and develop management and staff for service excellence.
• Manage budgets, labor, inventory and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Drive revenue through local promotions and outstanding guest service.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance across the restaurant.
