Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in operations.
• 1-2 years management/operations experience in restaurants.

Responsabilités

• Meets budgeted sales targets and sets controllable cost targets.
• Develops and executes local store marketing plans in response to market conditions.
• Hires, trains and mentors subordinate managers and staff.
• Maintains high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Trains staff and implements company standards and procedures.
• Analyzes weekly P&L and communicates variances to the district manager.
