Job summary

Raising Cane’s Restaurant Leader in Washington, DC-area locations is responsible for strategic direction, maintaining operations standards, and driving results through people development, sales and profit growth.

The role requires teaching and upholding Raising Cane’s culture standards for crewmembers, customers, and partners while leading a fast-paced kitchen and customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures overall financial success of the restaurant and is responsible for forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensures overall restaurant compliance to company standards, policies and laws.
• Hires and terminates management-level crewmembers including payroll processes.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules; develops management-level staff.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens/closes the restaurant, and manages cash handling.
