Hungry Pig Restaurant Operations dba Arby's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced Arby's location. You will oversee team performance, ensure smooth shift execution, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards, while reinforcing Arby's values and policies.

You will manage guest experience, train staff, and drive sales and profitability with a hands-on, positive leadership style in a high-energy environment.

Competenze

• 6+ months of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, cash handling, and inventory control.

Mansioni

• Oversee food, beverages, and supplies while ensuring quality, freshness, and presentation in a fast food setting.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and train the team to deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy and Speed of Service.
