Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Cook to join our team. As a Lead Cook, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your focus will be on quality, creativity, and innovation, leading a team of talented cooks in preparing and presenting visually stunning and delicious dishes. You will collaborate with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items, ensure consistent quality, and manage inventory and ingredient orders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The position offers a wage of $20.00 per hour + tips.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience as a lead cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Proficiency in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to manage inventory and ingredient ordering
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
