Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Cook to join our team. As a Lead Cook, you will play an integral role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will focus on quality, creativity, and innovation, leading a team of talented cooks in preparing and presenting visually stunning and delicious dishes. You will collaborate with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items, maintain consistent quality, and manage inventory and ingredient ordering. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a lead cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team
• Proficiency in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to manage inventory and ingredient ordering
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
