Job summary

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants LLC Information Technology Support Specialist Tier 1 is needed at the CM Home Office in Columbus, OH. You will provide first-level technical support to associates and home-office users, handling hardware, software, POS, and network issues.

The role requires evening/weekend shifts and strong customer service and communication skills. You will document incidents, escalate complex problems, and contribute to IT knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, printers, mobile devices, and business apps.
• Solid customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn restaurant technology and support procedures.
• Ability to work Thursday through Monday with weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for associates with technology issues.
• Receive, assess, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Provide support via phone, remote tools, and in-person as needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, POS, network, phones, and peripherals.
• Support restaurant technology including POS, kitchen display, online ordering.
• Document work and maintain accurate ticket notes.
• Escalate complex issues per established procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT team as needed.
