Job summary

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist Tier 1 to provide first-level technical support for associates and restaurant operations. The role covers hardware, software, POS, network, and peripheral issues with a focus on hospitality service levels during busy evenings and weekends.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a Thursday–Monday schedule including weekends; extended hours may apply and travel to local locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows and Office.
• Strong customer-service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for associates with technology issues.
• Receive, assess, document, and resolve routine incidents and service requests.
• Provide support by phone, remote tools, and in person when needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printers, network, and peripherals.
• Support restaurant technology including POS, kitchen displays, online ordering, phones and connectivity.
• Assist with device setup, deployment and inventory tracking.
• Communicate issue status and resolution steps clearly.
• Escalate urgent or complex issues per procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT team members.
