Job summary

Sun Holdings is seeking an IT Support Specialist to monitor, maintain, and support restaurant IT systems across our franchise network. You will oversee POS configurations and deployments, work with vendors, and support both corporate and field teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of POS support, basic networking knowledge, and strong communication skills to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of POS support experience.
• Experience with restaurant POS configurations and testing.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, across levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support restaurant IT systems including POS, terminals, laptops and tablets.
• Configure POS data, test changes before deployment.
• Provide direct phone support to restaurant managers and coordinate with vendors.
