Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurant is seeking an IT Manager to lead the technology strategy across corporate and franchise locations in Dallas, TX, aligning IT initiatives with restaurant operations and business goals.

You will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user support, vendor management, and rollout of new systems, while partnering with Restaurant Applications, Financial Systems, and Operations teams to ensure reliable, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 5-8+ years of IT experience, including infrastructure and support roles.
• Experience in multi-unit restaurants, retail, or hospitality environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and IT support systems.
• Experience supporting POS systems and in-store technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, and in-store technology.
• Manage help desk operations and timely resolution of issues across locations.
• Provide support for restaurant hardware, including POS terminals, printers, and kitchen display systems.
• Ensure uptime and performance of IT systems across corporate and franchise locations.
• Oversee network performance, updates, patches, and hardware deployments.
