Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a licensed HVAC technician to maintain and repair HVACR systems across our Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut restaurant operations. You will ensure comfortable, safe dining environments and support daily service needs.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and diagnostics of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, plus wiring, safety compliance, and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications

• HVACR (Required)
• 3-5 year of active field experience
• S or D License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems in restaurant environments.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues promptly.
• Install and connect electrical components and wiring for HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installation and repair projects.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.
