Job summary

McDonald's Corporation and its Western Massachusetts franchisees are seeking a licensed HVAC technician to install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems across our restaurants. You will ensure comfortable, safe dining environments and help keep operations running smoothly.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage, a benefits package, and on-call rotation. Requirements include S or D license, 3-5 years field experience, and the ability to read blueprints and collaborate with team

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance

• Install and connect electrical components and wiring for HVAC systems
• Collaborate with other team members to complete installation and repair projects
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed HVAC technician to ensure our restaurant environments are comfortable, safe, and conducive to exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Install and connect electrical components and wiring for HVAC systems
• Collaborate with other team members to complete installation and repair projects
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Experience in appliance repair or HVAC/R field is preferred
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs
• Effective communication skills to interact with managers, supervisors, and team members

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour/ Or Salaried Options.
