Job summary

McDonald's franchise in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut seeks a licensed HVACR technician to install, repair and maintain restaurant HVAC systems. The role ensures safe, comfortable dining environments and supports a growing regional network of 40 restaurants.

Qualifications

• HVACR licensed (S or D) required.
• 3–5 years of active field experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Install and connect electrical components and wiring for HVAC systems
• Collaborate with other team members to complete installation and repair projects
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
