Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC, refrigeration, walk-ins, ice machines and shake machines across multiple locations. You will help keep our stores running smoothly and be cross-trained on hot side kitchen equipment.

Requirements include 2+ years of refrigeration experience, your own tools, a valid driver’s license, and on-call weekend availability. We offer sign-on bonuses, comprehensive benefits, 401k matching, paid vacation and a company van.

Qualifications

• 2+ years refrigeration experience
• Must have own tools for refrigeration work
• Willingness to work on-call weekends
• Valid driver’s license (3+ years) and clean record

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC units, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice/shake machines and reach-in units
• Repair and maintain kitchen equipment on hot side as trained
• Inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape
• Utilize company tablet to manage requests and document completions
• Collaborate with store staff, Service Area Managers and leadership
